For purcheses made in the US, All Sales are Final, we are not able to process returns or refunds, please read further to learn more.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following
conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

- "Orders" mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- "Service" refers to the Website.
- "Website" refers to Redeemed.co, accessible from www.redeemed.co
- "Goods" and "Products" refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- "You" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Unless stated otherwise on our product page, our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, be sure to use the size guide before placing your order, as we will not accept exchanges due to wrongly selected sizes. If you are in hesitation and unsure of the size you should order, please contact us using our live chat or email and we'll be glad to assist!
Refund Policy for Purchases in the US
Unfortunately, at this moment we do not offer exchanges or returns for orders placed within the US, All Sales are Final, however, if you receive your order damaged we’ll be glad to refund you after a return of the damaged product.
To initiate a refund, please contact us no later than 2 days after the receipt of your order at
support@redeemed.co, including the order number in the subject of the email, indicating clearly the extent of damage and as many pictures as possible with the damage clearly visible.
We will inform you whether your claim is eligible for a refund and provide you with a return address. Please note that any shipping costs are fully borne by You. Make sure to ship to the correct return address as provided, We will not make any effort to locate or trace a return order if it has been shipped to the wrong address.
Upon receipt of your return, we will evaluate the extent of damage and offer you an option of a full
refund of the item value using your original payment method, or offer you an exchange with the same item. If the original payment method is not available anymore, we will provide a voucher of equal product value.
We reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange if the damage is deemed to have been caused
by improper handling or usage after receipt of your order.

where possible!
Refund Policy for Purchases in the EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway.
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier (shipping agent, such as DHL, FedEx, Post, etc.), takes possession of the product
delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a

We will reimburse You no later than 14 business days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods.
We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees
for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Products were purchased in the last 14 days from www.redeemed.co
- The Products are in the original packaging
- The Products are unused, unwashed, and all marks and tags are still attached
The following Products cannot be returned:
- Products made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- Products which were bought from a reseller, at conferences or physical locations.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return
conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This
exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, the gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to
themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
